Key Responsibilities: part - time Front Desk
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Handle and resolve escalated issues in a professional and timely manner
- Enforce HOA rules, policies, and building procedures with consistency and discretion
- Coordinate visitor access, package handling, deliveries, and move-in/move-out processes
- Maintain accurate logs for visitors, incidents, packages, and resident communications
- Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and security teams
- Monitor lobby and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Assist with amenity reservations and community communications
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Ensure front desk operations align with HOA standards.
