HOA Community Manager

Are you a relationship-driven, highly organized property management professional ready to make an impact? PMP Management is seeking a dynamic team player to join our growing Los Angeles team as a Community Manager.

You’ll manage a portfolio of 5–7 associations with dedicated support from an Associate Manager, Customer Care Champions, and a full administrative team giving you the space to focus on exceptional service, trusted Board partnerships, and thriving communities.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison for Association Boards and homeowners
• Oversee association operations, inspections, maintenance follow-up, and community priorities
• Review financial reports and provide thoughtful recommendations to Boards
• Deliver the extraordinary customer service that sets PMP apart

What you bring:

• HOA portfolio or on-site management experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and financial-reporting skills
• CMCA certification preferred
• A positive, accountable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
