Summary

The Financial Reporting Quality Assurance (FRQA) Reviewer is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and overall effectiveness in the financial reporting review process. This specialized role is essential to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in financial reporting. The FRQA Reviewer helps uphold Foundation Principles while monitoring service levels, supporting team performance, and collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables. The FRQA is expected to embrace the honor of serving our communities, as well as demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and timely resolution in every interaction. They are also accountable for upholding the Sentry Promises made to our board members, homeowners, and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of departmental functions
  • Review, approve, and archive financial reports according to daily deliverables
  • Ensure the team meets Service Level Commitments, maintaining 100% accuracy of financial reports
  • Assist with reviewing and approving budgets and other applicable tasks as needed
  • Provide performance feedback for Accountants and Associates to support DSCs in preparing annual performance reviews and evaluations
  • Provide timely and accurate information for metrics and reporting
  • Maintain daily communication with the Dedicated Service Coordinator(s)
  • Provide necessary tools, training, and guidance to teammates as needed
  • Support regional offices with financial preparation and review processes
  • Engage team support proactively when challenges arise
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with Dedicated Service Coordinators – FR, Accountants, and Financial Reporting Associates
  • Perform additional duties as required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for up to eight (8) hours per day
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and basic office equipment
