Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in general maintenance of the grounds and irrigation as well as building infrastructure. Individuals of such genres are liable to ensure the proper conducting of all maintenance and service functions in a facility. This job requires organizational and administration expertise for effectively managing a team of subordinates.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.
- Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of the community while staying within budget.
- Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
- Ensuring proper working shifts of employees.
- Recruiting and training maintenance staff and evaluating their performance.
- Delegate and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Works with vendors to obtain proposals and execute projects.
