Weekend Clubhouse Assistant (51964)

Job Responsibilities:

The Weekend Clubhouse Assistant (PT) supports our commitment to experience excellence by monitoring our two Residents Clubs and associated amenities, ensuring they are always neat and presentable. The ideal candidate is outgoing and sociable with our residents, proactively assisting them with general questions and concerns. This role has an administrative and lifestyle hybrid: part of the day is spent indoors assisting residents in person, by email, and over the phone; the other part is spent outdoors checking on the condition of our amenity areas and acting if necessary to correct issues.

Computer literacy with Windows and Office products is an important part of this role, as time spent at our reception desk will be concierge-style and involve the use of a proprietary web-based property management solution as well as email and other applications. The ability to spend significant time outdoors arranging furniture, performing light cleaning, and assisting with resident access restrictions is a must.
