Job Description
TOPS is looking for a Website Content Specialist to join our team!We serve property management companies, and homeowner associations who use our platform to better inform, engage, and empower residents. In this role, you’ll be the project guide and subject matter expert for our clients as you set up their resident-facing websites.You’ll be joining a tightly-knit team of seven to support our clients, and you’ll get trained and will be able to start contributing promptly. This role is remote-eligible but with a preference for someone in the Dallas, TX area. You’ll typically have one point of contact with authority to make decisions for the entire organization.
Collect client and communication information, including setup specifications and logos. You will discuss needs for API integrations and other software feature options at this point as well.Once you get everything needed, there’s a goal to go-live within four weeks.Manage API setup and/or resident list import and troubleshoot issues with the client and team members, if needed.Set up client websites and translate their needs into strategies that work within our proprietary content management system.
