Overview

Seeking to hire an individual who can manage a website for our client/a Homeowners Association. This individual will be responsible for uploading documents, updating details on pages/tabs, ensuring all links are functional, user-friendly and visually appealing. This role will report to the General Manager, with frequent communication to the Information Technology team. This individual must be detail oriented and be able to stay focused on the task at hand to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. The Website Tech shall be comfortable working on different website platforms, must be able to adapt and learn new platforms as they are introduced. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills, representative of Castle Royal Service.







  • Design, Develop & Maintain websites for clients using drag and drop website builders.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and customers for development.
  • Updating website content and revisions.
  • Addressing and responding to customer comments and complaints.
  • Deal with and respond to heavy volumes of email.
  • Fix links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.
  • Test websites to see if there are any parts that are difficult to use.
  • Keep files small for sites to load faster.
  • Re-do existing websites on new platform.



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and resourcefulness
  • Working knowledge of basic programming languages and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of website management tools.
  • WordPress, BuildingLink experience or knowledge highly recommended.
  • Good collaboration skills.
  • Reliable and detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Property Management a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and train staff



Working Conditions:

  • The majority of work will be completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels.

  • Manual dexterity to input data into the computer.
  • Ability to reach, grab, lift, stoop, and bend
