HYBRID OPPORTUNITY

This role is anticipated to be a Hybrid role. As a result, only applicants from Eugene, Oregon or surrounding municipalities should apply.

Position Overview

The VP of Sales will play a pivotal part in driving the company's revenue growth, leading the direct sales team, and spearheading the successful introduction of our groundbreaking new products to the market.

Essential Functions

  • Leadership and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Provide visionary leadership to the inside sales and channel sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy, including introducing new products to the market
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives and channel sales representatives
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales teams
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication within the sales department and cross-functional teams
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred
  • Proven experience as a successful leader of Sales in the SAAS industry
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans

This position pays and annual salary of $170,000 - $210,000 + commission eligibility. Detailed commission plan will be provided upon hire.
