  • Manage the daily operations for division containing large scale single family, high-rise, and condominium communities
  • Responsible for all aspects of business development
  • Train, develop and oversee staff of General Managers, Assistants, Maintenance, and Client Retention Managers
  • Manage and track internal and external tasks
  • Oversee all calendars and scheduled event
  • Serve as the direct contact for escalations
  • Help recruit and build a first-class team of knowledgeable and service minded employees
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are being met or exceeded on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly aspect
  • Work on other projects as assigned by Division President
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in HOA property management required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing a Profit and Loss statement required
  • CMCA or state-equivalent certifications required
  • Customer service focused – making our customers a #1 priority
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize
  • Exceptional Listening skills & ability to react as needed – independent thinker
