- Manage the daily operations for division containing large scale single family, high-rise, and condominium communities
- Responsible for all aspects of business development
- Train, develop and oversee staff of General Managers, Assistants, Maintenance, and Client Retention Managers
- Manage and track internal and external tasks
- Oversee all calendars and scheduled event
- Serve as the direct contact for escalations
- Help recruit and build a first-class team of knowledgeable and service minded employees
- Ensure all contractual obligations are being met or exceeded on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly aspect
- Work on other projects as assigned by Division President
- Minimum of ten (10) years in HOA property management required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing a Profit and Loss statement required
- CMCA or state-equivalent certifications required
- Customer service focused – making our customers a #1 priority
