Job Description

The Vice President of Management serves as a performance-driven leader and mentor to their direct reports, as well as team members throughout the branch and is responsible for development and implementation of the strategic vision and planning of a branch. This role functions as an operations liaison, a client and industry ambassador for Associa and serves to drive positive relationships for all clients.

This position reports directly to the Branch President and requires a balance of customer service, communication, business analysis and emotional intelligence skills. He or she must be highly experienced in community management, self-initiating and possess the skill to diffuse conflict, deploy resources and find solutions that result in loyalty, long-term relationships and growth for the branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect objective and subjective client feedback with systematic method
  • Work with leadership team to respond to client feedback, actions and follow-up
  • Identifies/coordinates/actions Operational Functions, Business Metrics and Conducts Analysis
  • Client Outreach and Networking
  • Contracts / Renewals

Success Measurements Year One

  • 50% reduction in lost client’s YoY
  • Positive Survey Results
  • Improvement in CCTR scores to maximum of 25%-30% of clients on 1 and 2 rating
  • Reduction in number of clients on SRPs to maximum of 25%

Requirements

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing role
  • Ability to influence others to stated outcomes
  • Strong empathy for clients AND passion for business success
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize

Compensation:

  • $95,000-$105,000; direct experience highly considered.
