The Treasury Associate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's financial activities.
Essential Functions
- Review daily cash flow positions and funds available for funding operations.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Maintain banking, investment, and mortgage relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of organizational procedures, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards related to treasury management.
- Initiate and coordinate approval of wire transfers and ACH transfers as needed.
- Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
- Advise and assist business entities with budgeting and cash flow analysis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of banking, treasury management, and bank fraud prevention services.
- Must possess strong mathematical, financial, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Accounting software.
Education And Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- One to three years of progressive responsibility associated with treasury experience.
- Should have a thorough understanding of banking services and bank account management.
- Experience of having completed a commercial bank management training program.
- Basic experience with accounting systems.
- Mid-level proficiency with Excel.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
$70,000 annually (Corporate Office)
