Transitions Manager - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time, dedicated Transitions Manager to join our team. The Transitions Manager will be responsible for the seamless onboarding of new HOA communities and the efficient phasing out of departing clients. This role requires hands-on data entry, effective communication with HOA Board of Directors, and collaboration with the department team to ensure smooth transitions. Proficiency in our Caliber program is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire scope of transitioning new clients and phasing out leaving clients.
Maintain professional communication with HOA Board Members through Zoom or in-person meetings.
Utilize and learn our Caliber computer program for client processing.
Conduct hands-on processing of client data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Supervise and work alongside staff in data processing tasks.
Ensure timely processing of data to meet deadlines.
Produce professional written communications.
Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Project management experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Programs.
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn and effectively use our Caliber computer program.
