The Transitions Team Supervisor will manage all Transitions Specialists and all aspects of Association transition in or out processes. This is a financial support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America. Candidates for this position must meet Associa’ s credit requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recommend appropriate staffing mix, roles, and skillsets of Transitions Team.
- Design onboarding and training program for Transitions team.
- Establish annual team goals & report performance to goals.
- Manage attendance, conduct, and performance of staff in Transitions, including hiring, training, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and separation.
- Establish annual goals and development plans for each member of Transitions staff.
- Act as process owner for vendor Mastering process, to include:
- Standard Operating Procedures, and other process documentation.
- Process maps.
- Key controls.
- Process improvements and tool enhancements.
- Establish Vendor team SLA’s.
- Process Vendor Exception Requests and approved process exceptions.
- Handle escalated issues or requests from leadership at the Client Shared Services Center and/or Branch.
- Maintain Department Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as required and analyze trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in customer service preferred
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Complete Control for Communities (C3) software preferred but not required
- Understanding of or experience in the Community Association Management Industry preferred but not required
- Experience working in an Accounting Shared Services Center environment preferred but not required
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years’ financial/accounting operations experience.
- 1+ years’ onboarding experience preferred.
- 2+ years’ management / supervisory experience preferred.
