Responsibilities

 

  • Planning, executing, monitoring and closing new client integration projects within targeted timeframes
  • Communicating process, procedures and status with internal staff and client representatives while providing recommendations as needed
  • Develops, coordinates, and attends board transition, intake, and training meetings creating a layering approach to maintaining positive relationships with board members, and ensuring client retention
  • Reviews incoming information during transition to ensure accuracy and addresses any concerns as appropriate
  • Aids CAMS and Directors in trouble-shooting specific problems related to transitioning in new accounts
  • Develops and leads with participatory involvement portfolio CAM team meetings, transition and training meetings, and all team meetings
  • Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes as it relates to Association documents, polices, and procedures
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of plats, ownership, and property rights.
  • Develops and provides oversight and training opportunities to new and existing managers and Boards
  • Attend monthly Director, management, and leadership meetings as appropriate.
  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
  • Responsible for compliance with Company guidelines and management operations as it relates to specific procedures listed herein
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

 

  • Associates degree required - Bachelors preferred
  • Association management experience and CMCA designation are required, AMS and PCAM preferred.
  • Account management, project management or new client onboarding/acquisition experience (preferred)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn / adapt to new software
  • Excellent customer service skills with written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analysis and problem-solving

 

Pay and Benefits $85,000.00
