We want to hire a Transition Coordinator who shares our vision, values and commitment to superior customer service. This person is a vital team player in the onboarding process focusing on successful transitioning in and out of clients. This role ensures a smooth and timely onboarding takes place and that the client’s initial experience with Associa is first class. The candidate will be the liaison between the client and the operations team responsible for delivering unsurpassed service.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

Client Management

 

  • Builds and fosters strong relationships with clients throughout the onboarding phase.
  • Educates client regarding onboarding process.
  • Effectively communicates expectations and deadlines to clients by acting as liaison between clients and interdepartmental teams. (Associa local staff and the Client Shared Service Center).

 

Project Coordination

 

  • Plans, directs and coordinates activities to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined scope and on time.
  • Identifies and schedules deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual tasks.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the transition items.
  • Ensures documents are received complete, current, and stored/filed appropriately.
  • Creation and maintenance of MS Excel reports and checklists.
  • Other miscellaneous initiatives that may from time to time arise.

 

Communication

 

  • Facilitates interdepartmental team and client meetings effectively including transition meeting.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to branch leadership.
  • Resolves and/or escalates transition issues in a timely fashion.
  • Advised Interdepartmental team of any unique items relevant to the transitioning client.

  • Vacation accrual begins after 90 days at 6.67 hrs per month with a cap at 160 hours, depending on years of service

Compensation: Starting at $20-25/hour; direct experience highly considered.

 

Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

  • Experience in coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, to conduct and direct research into issues and to take initiative in the completion of projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability of being self-directed.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

 

Education And Experience

 

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
