Our team is growing and we’re seeking a Total Rewards Compensation/Benefits Manager to drive our compensation and benefits initiatives; including health, wellness, engagement, pay and retirement programs to ensure attraction and retention of top talent.
In this exciting new role, you’ll:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with benefit brokers and related vendors
- Manage completion of 5500s, 401k non-discrimination testing and legislative requirements
- Evaluate, compare, recommend and design CCMC compensation, benefits and recognition programs
- Provide appropriate guidance and ensure legal compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation, retirement and benefits programs
- Lead the process for annual merit awards, performance bonuses and the creation of employee total rewards statements
- Implement compliance controls for job descriptions, job classifications, FLSA status, etc.
- Ensure effective handling of FMLA and leave of absence requests, disability claims and ADA considerations
- Automate and optimize processes to improve our employee journey
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of total rewards experience including compensation and benefits
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
- Strong HRIS experience is required (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Experience with self-insured medical coverage highly preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
- Multi-state benefits and compensation experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data at all times
