The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for offering technical assistance on computer systems, hardware, and software. They will respond to support tickets from other employees on systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc. This position will also help manage/maintain various other platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power, and the CMA Corporate Website. Other responsibilities include coordinating with the Corporate Recruiter in order to create accounts for new employees and occasionally helping with other special projects.
