Tax & Audit Associate (PTX2023-5966)

CiraConnect provides world-class cloud-based software and on-demand “back-office” shared services (SaaS) for self-managed community associations, professional community association management companies and residential real estate developers servicing the needs of homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations, cooperatives, luxury high-rises, municipal utility districts and large master planned communities. CiraConnect maintains an in-house software development team that places a premium on integrated software solutions and business process automation as tools to enable our employees to better service our clients and increase their job satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Tax Associate job responsibilities:

• Team Member to facilitate the audit process
• Research accounting transactions and be familiar with GAAP
• Prepare In-House tax returns for clients, as needed
• Prepare State annual report filings
• Other Audit related responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA or Enrolled Agent with tax preparation experience
• Prior tax audit experience required
• Hands on experience with mid-tier accounting software applications a plus
• Strong interpersonal/communication (written and verbal) skills
• Knowledge in State requirements for filing reports and returns
• Ability to follow established standard operating procedures and meet deadlines
• Tax preparation / knowledge is a plus
• Able to work independently
• Must be detailed oriented

Pay and Benefits:

$55,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.
