Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop scalable recruiting strategies that enables the support of a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to fill open positions with high quality candidates for the organizations. This role will build relationships with leadership throughout the organization to provide proactive recruitment activities. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will execute sourcing strategies, drive exceptional candidate experience, and lead standardization, transparent and inclusiveness in the interview and hiring process.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. The position performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing and strategies to attract top talent for open positions
- Manage and coach a high performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators to support organization growth.
- Establish and monitor recruiting metrics to hold the team accountable. Provide recurring report to leadership.
- Develop, manage, and implement standard operating procedures for the TA process with optimal candidate experience.
- Lead and oversee the assimilation of new account teammate acquisition. Work directly with HR and Operations Leadership to ensure smooth transition and exceptional candidate experience.
- Oversee the cross recruiting and sharing of candidates. Develop and implement strategies to generate and meet staffing targets of business forecasts.
- Responsible of talent acquisition employment branding initiatives, strategies, hiring plans current staffing needs and forecasts. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand alignment and social media exposure and attraction.
- Oversees full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to, creating requisitions, managing job postings, conducting interviews, extending offers, coordinating pre-employment checks or verifications process to meet the organizational hiring goals.
- Manage candidate assessment programs and identifies and adopts best practices to ensure high-quality hires. Identify opportunities for improvement and leads the creation and implementation on assessment tools and materials.
- Maintain accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews and candidates through HR ATS to ensure an ‘audit-ready’ posture at all times.
- Leverage long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry, professional network, organizations, publications & self-development to stay informed of recruiting trends, techniques, and best practice to enable TA to be at the forefront of talent initiatives/practices ensuring that we become an Employer of Choice.

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding, but not limited to: referrals, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, strategy, and relationship management.
- Experience managing and developing recruiting teams
- Proven track record of utilizing data-driven approach to building and innovating recruitment and talent attraction strategies
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Demonstrated experience creating and executing metrics-driven, consultative service and oriented recruiting strategy for an organization
- Proficient in the use of social media, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Knowledge of iCIMs preferable.
- Hands-on experience with relevant social media, events and recruiting channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking, and public speaking.
- BS/BA in Human Resources or Business Administration, or relevant field
- Capability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse population in English both written and orally. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. Creole a plus.
Physical Requirements/ Working Environment
- Normal office environment with the ability for hybrid work schedule.
- Must be able to travel for new client accounts, career fairs and hiring events. Travel will not exceed 10% of the time.
