Responsibilities

Provides support to Company by always exemplifying our corporate culture and values. Responsibilities will include working with leadership and all teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of various data related information, keeping up to date on new software releases, and training employees as needed. Previous Vantaca or property management reporting and database experience a plus. In this role, you will be updating, understanding, auditing, administering, reporting with and training others on various software programs. A successful candidate must have a commitment to exceptional accuracy, internal customer service and quality. High ethical standards as well as a high level of initiative, proactivity and teamwork is desired.

Position Responsibilities

  • At all times, demonstrate and promote the mission, values, and culture of VCM, Inc.
  • Check and respond to voicemail, email inbox daily
  • Administer Vantaca, Enumerate, Envera and other software systems as needed
    • Audit incoming data for new communities to ensure accurate, complete records
    • Input charge tags; read plats, cross reference, and update properties in Vantaca as needed
    • Ensure ongoing accuracy of community manager assignments in multiple places
    • Run metrics reports as assigned by leadership
    • Communicate with software systems’ training and update-release departments to ensure optimal usage of each program
    • Ensure systems work together accurately and efficiently
  • Update various Exchange/Outlook distribution lists, maintaining current staffing and any changes in board members
  • Use templates to create and update VCM and community websites
  • Build and maintain a secure intranet
  • Assist with assessment billing process as needed
  • Front line troubleshooting of printers, scanners and other basic office hardware
  • Work with Transition and Development Coordinator onboarding/offboarding, assisting with imports/exports as needed
  • Assess efficiency and accuracy of current and incoming/outgoing data, providing proactive solutions, effective time estimations and risk analysis as needed
  • Additional duties and various projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field a plus
  • Experience with Vantaca, Enumerate/Nabr and/or Exchange a plus
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Research minded, possessing a high level of detail and quality
  • Possess a positive outlook with a glass-half-full attitude and ability to comfortably deliver in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under tight and conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong time management and experience project time estimations highly desired
  • Ability to communicate with and train employees at all levels of authority and technical competency.
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality and outstanding ethical standards
  • Personal drive for more efficient, more automated, more accurate ways to improve process
  • Ability to collect, analyze and evaluate facts and make appropriate recommendations
  • Work harmoniously in an office environment with co-workers and outside agents, being adaptive to changes in work environment and project timelines

Pay and Benefits:

$55,000 to $60,000, depending on education and experience.
