Job Description

The Support Specialist provides in-office daily supporttasks andshould possess the skills necessary to formulate quick decisions to resolve customer concerns and have an easy-going personality with a team and customer-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, written/verbal communication, and customer service skills in addition to being detailed oriented with the ability to multitask.

This position is responsible for various support tasks. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process Violation notices, ARC applications and correspondences
  • Association mailouts
  • Amenity requests
  • Upload invoices
  • PUD requests and maintain information in Community Archives
  • Process Annual Corporate Reports
  • Respond appropriately and timely to emails
  • Back up-front office, phones, incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with new association onboarding and outboarding

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • HOA and Condominium in-office support experience required;minimum 1 year.
  • Able to follow direction and work independently as well as in team environment.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver’s License required.
  • Reliable withoutstanding communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Strongrooms, CINC or Community Archives a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual a plus but not required.

Employment - Full-time M-F 8:30-5:00PM

Compensation - $17.00 per hour
