Based in Hackensack, NJ, we are a full-service property management firm that provides management services to homeowner associations, condominium associations, and commercial property owners.
Role Description
This is a full-time live on-site role for a Superintendent at Access Property Management in Hackensack, NJ. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the properties, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, operations, and regulations
- Experience in staff management and vendor coordination
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certifications in property management or related field are a plus
- Cleaning and Maintaining building interior
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
