Our services include managing homeowner associations, condominium associations, and commercial properties.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, including maintenance and repairs, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The Superintendent will also be responsible for managing tenant requests and performing inspections.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or a related field
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
- Apartment onsite provided
