What You’ll Do

The mission of the Sr. Screening Growth & Business Operations Manager role is to increase Screening adoption & usage by instituting best practices for goal setting and execution across cross-functional Screening team.

  • Identify opportunities across Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success to increase adoption & usage of Screening, prioritize opportunities based on impact, and lead cross-functional execution of highest impact initiatives. Measure & communicate outcomes.
  • Define OKRs for Screening growth initiatives & rally departments inside and outside of our Screening org to achieve them. Screening & cross-functional teams have goals and accountability loops that ladder to the department goals.
  • Work with FP&A, Analytics, and Product to forecast Screening revenue within 3% of actual performance.
  • Lead annual budgeting process on behalf of Screening; document “what & why” behind key assumptions.
  • Prepare presentation materials for team & executive meetings.
  • Own special projects, as needed. Examples of potential projects include Pricing & Packaging strategy, ad hoc business cases, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • Business acumen. Deep and applicable understanding of the mechanics of how a business achieves its goals and objectives. Thorough understanding of P&L levers.
  • Business Operations. Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to easily and effectively relate to the needs of a board range of individuals and create buy-in and consensus
  • Strategic Thinking. Able to bring clarity in often ambiguous circumstances and provide guidance into the strategy (what we are doing, and why).
  • Entrepreneurship / Agility. Skilled at challenging the status quo, critical thinker and exceptional problem solver--acts and leads through change. Knows when to shift gears and can make the right trade-offs to drive business results.
  • Influence and Partnership. Exceptional relationship builder with ability to effectively navigate across the organization and at all levels to drive alignment and action. Brings teams and people together to align around and accomplish shared outcomes.
  • Communication. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across different audiences. Great story-teller/influencer. Comfortable working with senior leaders, working across teams/functions. Able to distill complex information into simple concepts and tell compelling stories.
  • Financial modeling. Can build a simple financial model to inform business decisions and/or quantify impact of an initiative.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, product management or cross-functional business operations or similar experience
  • 2+ years experience executing business plans across cross-functional teams or similar experience

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $121,000-$181,000

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
