What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Salesforce.com Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring Salesforce.com and partnering with the internal teams to improve operational efficiency, achieve substantial revenue growth, and deliver an amazing customer experience. You should have a strong understanding of cloud based business applications, and extensive experience with data management and reporting. In addition, a Sr. Salesforce.com Administration should have demonstrated ability to manage and lead multiple projects across cross-functional teams while maintaining a high level of accountability, execution, and excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Advanced Salesforce.com administration/configuration, reporting, analytics, advanced troubleshooting, basic understanding of APEX code and troubleshooting.
  • Create and troubleshoot complex reports and dashboards for senior management; fulfill miscellaneous reporting requests.
  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of complex user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, validation rules and, custom workflow, etc.
  • Manage and implement configuration customization requests.
  • Proactively audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
  • Perform mass data imports/exports using the API or various import tools
  • Collaborate on and inform cross-functional teams of new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation
  • Drive evolution of best practices to be on par with the best performers in the SaaS industry
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing. Proactively lead process and system improvements to change management approach.
  • Proactively optimize CRM on business process and configuration
  • Work with management across business units and internal stakeholders to ensure that the configuration supports both the enterprise and individual business unit requirements
  • Mentor junior staff to support knowledge sharing and professional growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Business acumen – understands key challenges facing our business and partners with key stakeholders to find creative ways to apply data science to solve them; connects dots between data & business outcomes
  • Attention to detail – appropriately checks all work for errors and does not let important details slip when it comes to data and its accuracy
  • Creative problem solving - able to use creativity and curiosity as tools to pick apart any problem, producing a solution which is relevant and realistic
  • Communication - Able to effectively communicate what we are doing and why we are doing it / Excellent communication with intuitive ability to adjust message for audience

Must-Haves

  • 6+ years years Sales Operations/Support experience with extensive experience in Salesforce.com administration, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator required
  • Demonstrable experience with 6 or more of the following Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce lightning, Analytics Cloud, Communities, Chatter.
  • Expert level knowledge of 3rd party integrations and appexchange packages including but not limited to marketing automation, signature capture, document generation.
  • Leadership role on cross functional projects with implementation partners, other IT managers, internal stakeholders and developers in providing solution suggestions and leading
  • Mastery of data migration, cleansing and import/export of large volumes of data
  • Ability to multi-task, and handle urgent interrupts with high level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Frequently interacts with Sr Management and is able to present in a thoughtful way depending on audience.
  • Advanced problem solving skills. The ability to solve highly complex business problems across platforms utilizing salesforce and other business applications.
  • BS Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
