As a Sr. Salesforce.com Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring Salesforce.com and partnering with internal teams to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver an amazing customer experience. You should have a strong understanding of cloud-based business applications, extensive experience, and proficiency with data management and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to create and maintain relationships with our internal customers, are a must. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities that involve cross-functional teams and be accountable for the deliverables on those projects is also required.
Your Impact:
Salesforce.com administration/configuration and reporting analytics
Create reports and dashboards for senior management; fulfill miscellaneous reporting requests
Complete production support and emergency service requests as needed by the business
Design, develop, and maintain complex user roles, security model
Manage and implement customization requests, including creating/updating Flows, automated email responses, etc.
Identify and communicate data integrity issues to the team and participate in resolution
Perform mass data imports/exports using the API or various import tools
Participate in new feature technical design, technical requirements, and implementation
Work with the Business Systems team to create and publish best practices in relation to our products and Salesforce configuration
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing
Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development across multiple customer-facing teams
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of Salesforce Operations/Support experience with extensive experience in Salesforce.com administration, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator required
Experience with the Salesforce.com Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
BS Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or related field
Ability to review and understand the downstream impacts of a change request and anticipate opportunities to improve it. Tracking the time spent on each project and meeting weekly expectations of hours utilized.
Ability to find solutions to problems we have yet to encounter. Must be able to balance self-taught skills with new tech implementations as well as lean on team members when feeling stuck.
Follow a strict change management process
Must Have:
Working knowledge of integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce (Examples: Marketo, Sertifi, Conga, LeanData, Salesloft, Zuora)
Data migration and integration experience
Data cleansing and import/export of large volumes of data
Ability to multi-task and handle urgent interrupts with a high level of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to nurture connections across our internal customers to promote a good working relationships
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $88,000-$132,000
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
