The Sr. Manager for HR Data & Analytics will design, develop and execute a data, reporting and analytics program that empowers people related decisions and optimizes our HR operations.

Your impact

    • Oversee and coordinate Analytics work to be best-practice and cross-functional, driving business actions and producing meaningful outcomes.
      • Make recommendations on how to structure data and develop efficient, meaningful analytics that are actionable and insightful
      • Transition current reporting from disparate owners
      • Develop a catalog of all current reporting and recommend new approaches to centralize, reduce duplication and ensure utility of the reporting.
      • Partner with existing Analytics and HRIS team to fully understand current data strategy, structures and platforms.
      • Create model for intake of reporting requests including prioritization and efficient use of existing tools
      • Automate reporting leveraging Tableau, Workday, or other sources
      • Establish a consistent delivery of key performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting on key people metrics
      • Maintain various data sources including historical and static data sets
      • Evaluate efficacy of reporting with end users and adapt as needed
      • Monitor utilization and impact of analytics
      • Develop ad hoc analysis using best in class methodologies
      • Effectively present data to be easily understood, succinct and visually appealing
      • Operationalize headcount management within the HR organization:
      • Understand the dynamics of the business including financial goals, operating model and key priorities.
      • Develop relationships across Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and with the business leaders.
      • Understand processes for managing headcount, including hiring; learn how to best proactively partner with FIN/HRBP/TAs through the process.

Consistently ensures that cross-functional partners and the voice of the customer are represented in the design and delivery of people practices.
      • Autonomous: Can work independently and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, yet knows when to ask for help.
      • Detail Orientation: Able to see the big picture and pay attention to detail while striving for accuracy and operational excellence.
      • Project Management: Project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate in a fast-paced & performance-oriented environment.
      • Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, tact and poise in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.

Must-Haves

      • 3-5 years of HR experience in people reporting
      • 5-8 years of work experience in a Data Analytics / Data Insights role.
      • Strong business acumen and experience in a business setting.
      • Strong Tableau, SQL, R (or Python) and Excel skills required.
      • Strong financial acumen and experience applying within people related context
      • Ability to support, work and communicate with a fast, cross-functional team.
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills
      • Listening and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business terms
      • Highly self-motivated and directed
      • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
      • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Compensation & Benefits

      The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $132,000 - 198,000.



      The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.



      Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
