The Sr. Director, Growth Sales is responsible for leading, developing and scaling the Growth Sales organization to consistently deliver year over year growth. The ideal candidate provides leadership, drives a culture of success and high accountability, and ultimately ensures execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute near-term and long-term strategy for APM’s Growth Sales Organization.
  • Lead the team in delivering on monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Identify and execute on key initiatives that drive alignment & increased effectiveness of Growth Sales.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing and world class install base selling team.
  • Ensure implementation of ongoing training programs regarding our sales methodology, product knowledge, and knowledge of the property management industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years relevant experience; 5+ years of experience hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Knowledge of strategic selling, sales methodologies, and sales industry best practices
  • BA/BS degree
