Job Responsibilities
- Part time position, nights and weekend availability
- Build membership sales, spa, personal training and retail revenues through informative tours, interpersonal contacts and multiple communication sources.
- Enhance the member and guest experience through a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by providing the highest quality customer service.
- Encourage member participation in the Club's programs and activities.
- Encourage the members to experience all the amenities and services we provide.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage Member/Guest Check-In
- Customer Service Rep and Program promotion for all Club Activities
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls effectively
- Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance; Spa and Fitness Center laundry
- Member Amenities (Towels, Locker Rooms, Fruit, Headsets)
- Appointment Scheduling of Personal Training Services & Spa Treatments
- Promotion & Sign-Up for Programs & Activities
- Pro Shop Organization & Sales
- Responsible for Point of Sale/Register
- Assist w and Creation of all Club Flyers
- Member/Guest/Customer Service
- Member Entry Control
- Make a great first impression through appearance and attitude
- Provide the highest quality customer service to members and guests
- Be knowledgeable of the programs and services of the Spa and Fitness Center
- Attend staff meetings
- Be on time for your shift.
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
- Greet and register all members and guests
- Accurately complete new member paperwork
- Thoroughly review all rules & regulations with members
- Issue new membership cards
- Enter new members into the computer system
- Register point of sale and payment transactions with accuracy
- Answer telephone calls by the second ring with the appropriate greeting
- Check-in and check-out Personal Training and Spa appointments accurately
- Distribute and take in locker keys and towels
- Keep locker rooms clean and stocked
- Fold and restock clean towels
- Accurately complete daily activity reports and POS sheet
- Know and understand the financial goals and assist in reaching these goals
- Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards.
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
