Our Spa & Fitness Front Desk Associate is an ambassador of first impressions. This position is all about enhancing the resident experience and a great way to learn skills!

About The Community

This premier, master-planned community offers healthy lifestyle opportunities, multi-generational activities, and superior services to homeowners in a comfortable, beautifully-maintained, desert environment with scenic mountain and valley views. It holds both single family units and separately-gated enclaves. Lifestyle is an important part of the community, with amenities, a spa and fitness center, and over 30 events annually tailored to a broad range of multi-generational groups. We also partner closely with a local golf club/restaurant offering breathtaking views to the surrounding community.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Opening and closing the spa / fitness facilities
  • Processing a fluctuating volume of phone calls
  • Updating member account information
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with residents, contractors, and guests
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility

What We’re Looking For

  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Must be computer savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with club membership software is a plus!
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify People Operations immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
