Spa & Fitness Desk Attendant - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale, resort-style, active-adult community, is hiring for a Spa & Fitness Desk Attendant in the Center for Well Being.

The Center for Well Being is a private, members only center that offers an indoor pool, group fitness classes, fitness center, personal training and our very own Tranquility Spa that offers massage, facials and waxing. Our ideal candidate has experience with phones and reservations, providing excellent service to guests and team. Has knowledge in computers with excel and word documents. Has a strong interest in the health and wellness lifestyle and great communication skills.

Pay rate is $18 per hour

Full Time and Part Time Positions are Available

Part Time Shifts Available:

  • 5:00 – 9:15 pm Monday-Fridays;
  • Saturdays 7am-8pm;
  • Sundays 7am-7pm;
  • Weekend shifts are required.

Full Time Shifts Available:

  • Monday - Friday;
  • 9am to 5pm.

Job Duties:

  • Greet members as they check in for classes and services;
  • Escort members to Spa locker rooms for their scheduled appointments;
  • Accurately taking reservation requests, reschedules and cancellations;
  • Answering phone calls and replying to emails;
  • Laundry detail after each Spa service;
  • Providing guests 5- star service and gracious interactions;
  • Provide information on our services and promotions;
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and promote our services;
  • Learn and know the product line and sell to members as needed.
