Job Description

The Spa Attendant monitors access to the health club and pool from the reception desk.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Check guests in and out for scheduled spa appointments.
• Processes payment for day passes and spa appointments.
• Performs housekeeping functions, including emptying trash receptacles, wiping down counters, stocking towels and shower products.
• Empties used towel bins to be sent to the laundry.
• Assists guests with questions related to the spa operation, fitness center and pool facilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
• Professional customer service skills
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills
• High School Diploma or GED Require
• 0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
