REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

 

This role is eligible for remote work. FRONTSTEPS is authorized to do business in AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, NC, OR, TX, SC, and WA. If you are not located in or able to work from a state where FRONTSTEPS is registered, we will not be able to consider you for this position.

 

Position Overview

 

The Solution Delivery Specialist I - Dwelling is responsible for coordinating new product installations across the suite of products with a focus on FRONTSTEPS Dwelling and Community. Working with multiple teams, functions, and customers, this critical role will ensure timelines of deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Consult with clients throughout implementation to ensure software is configured to meet their technical requirements
  • Manage multiple customer implementation projects from Onboarding to Project close
  • Assess the client’s exact needs and create a plan to deliver within GuideCX
  • Ensure clients are on task and deadlines are met
  • Manage conflicts and ensure problems are solved before the quality of the project is compromised
  • Provide status updates on projects on a bi-weekly basis
  • Develop and document new processes that drive efficiency and revenue
  • Ability to implement products through coordination of resources and collaboration with multiple teams
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in a SaaS implementation environment with a strong focus on Implementation
  • Knowledge of HOA/Community Management, Preferred
  • Knowledge of FRONTSTEPS suite of products a plus
  • Customer focused
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Effective planning and prioritizing
  • Technical aptitude
  • Adaptable to change in a high pace environment
  • Strong investigative and problemā€solving skills
  • Time management
  • Ability to balance shifting priorities
  • Willingness to learn
  • Salesforce Knowledge preferred but not required
  • GuideCX Knowledge preferred but not required
