Job Description
A technology company in Longwood , Florida , has created an exciting new position for a n IT Helpdesk Operations Associate. This position supports a nationwide company with 4 5 + branch offices and multiple client sites.
This growth-oriented role directly supports users and operational responsibility for our enterprise application suite.
General Job Description: We seek a versatile Software Support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist to join our team. This role involves a combination of software support , testing new software features to ensure they meet user requirements and technical support . The successful candidate will resolve software-related problems, conduct UAT to ensure new software features meet quality standards and troubleshoot technical issues .
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues reported by users.
- Provide software support to users, including software features and functionality assistance .
- Work with the development team to identify and report software bugs and suggest improvements to the software.
- Conduct UAT on new software features to ensure they meet user requirements and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts for UAT.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.
- Document technical and software issues and resolutions.
- Continuously improve knowledge of software and technical support best practices.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in software support , user acceptance testing , or technical support .
- Experience with software testing methodologies and tools .
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users .
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities .
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities .
- Strong technical skills, including experience with software troubleshooting and network configurations .
Salary: Salaried position, pay depends on experience: list salary requirement.
Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs .
Clean driving record and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage.
Some travel is required.
