Description

The company is seeking to add a part-time, flexible position of Software Support Analyst. This new role will support CINC’s recent acquisition of the industry’s top electronic voting product used by HOAs.

This role will be designed for high flexibility, and as a result can be located at our Duluth office or remotely. The individual in this role will report to the Chief Client Officer of the business and work with other departments as needed to ensure client needs are met. It is designed as the perfect opportunity for someone to break into the software space, for someone looking to get back into part-time work or for a college student seeking an intern-like position.

Responsibilities

Providing thorough, accurate, and professional responses to customers, including step-by-step instructions for using any component of the system, via email or phone

Documenting and forwarding customer requests for modification or enhancement to the appropriate team and providing feedback to the customer on such requests

Building rapport with customers so that CINC is known for providing outstanding service and support

Creating user documentation to handle frequently asked questions

Training customers or other staff to increase the skills of the end users to reduce repeat cases

Assisting the training and implementation teams, as needed

Resolving customer issues individually or with others internally in the most efficient manner possible

Requirements

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of software support experience or a strong desire to learn more about software customer support

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Detailed oriented, organized and able to multi-task

Self-starter with a passion to exceed customer expectations

Strong analytical thinking

Ability to understand a situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships between the parts

Familiarity with the Community Association Industry and Salesforce are a plus
