Responsibilities

Gain relevant business domain knowledge quickly with strong understanding of business goals.

Leading a sprint team consisting of both onshore and offshore developers to deliver on-time with good quality in a deadline-driven environment.

Liaise with Product team to plan new features. Analyze specific requirements and suggest solutions.

Ensure sprint team to follow company SDLC and development guidelines

Work hands-on on the most difficult design/coding tasks assigned to the team and then guide the team to deliver.

Lead the sprint team to troubleshoot and debug to optimize app performance and scalability.

Ability to communicate effectively with management and other teams.

Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

Requires broad technical knowledge and experience in design, coding, and databases.

Extensible skills in C#, Web APIs, Asp.net MVC, SPA, JavaScript/Angular, and latest Microsoft technologies for software development.

Experience in designing and implementing service oriented and extensible enterprise systems.

Must be hands-on in design and programming.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and in continuous integration, deployment, and implementation.

Experience with Testing Driven Development process (TDD).

Experience with the Atlassian Tools such as JIRA/Confluence, BitBucket (GIT).

Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

Must be action and quality delivery oriented, capable of multitasking well based on priorities.

Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in developing and managing SaaS products in the cloud a plus

Experience with containers (dockers) and containers orchestration a plus.

8+ years of relevant experience.

5+ Experience with relational database and SQL. Must be well-versed in data modeling.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.

Leadership Experience Required

3+ years’ experience in leading a team of software developers from both onshore and offshore.

Experience in delegating while maintaining accountability.

Proven ability to successfully balance near-term results, for instance, the ability to design and execute to achieve quick time to value, with long-term goals.

Ability to be open to learn, to give and take feedback, to put team and business above own interest, to excel in team success and to strive for excellence.

Experience in ensuring the right level of communication to all stakeholders and team members.
