Description

WPM is in search of a Site Technician to join our team at 500 & 520 Park Avenue Apartments, located in Baltimore, MD. In this position, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. You will also be to assist the maintenance staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

** You will be scheduled for Monday- Friday but must have weekend availability**

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

You will be expected to keep exteriors, common areas, vacant units, and walkways of the property in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition.

• Maintaining cleanliness of indoor common areas
• Assisting with outdoor grounds work such as trash and snow removal
• Keeping sidewalk and grounds clean
• Assisting maintenance team when necessary
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of property
• Paint common areas and apartments
• Performs minor carpentry work such as re-screening screens and drywall repairs
