Description

Essential Functions:

    • Directs a high performing property management team, oversees maintenance and administrative functions to support a Condominium.
    • Serves as on site point of contact for Management, Board members, unit owners, vendors and other professionals.
    • Attends monthly Board meetings and updates Board on significant operational issues.
    • Completes regular walk-throughs of the building and property grounds to insure adherence to proper maintenance standards, organizational by-laws and rules and regulations.
    • Directs the work of employees, assigns maintenance tasks and follows up to ensure safe completion of all work.
    • Directs the work of vendors contracted to perform maintenance tasks. Assesses the completion of the tasks with respect to payment for services rendered.
    • Assists in preparation of and adheres to annual operating and capital budgets.
    • Maintains excellent relationships through responsive communication with residents to optimize their confidence in the community as a clean, safe and well-maintained community.
    • Maintains professional relationships with associates, visitors and vendors.
    • Performs standard supervisory functions including hiring staff, assigning work, and training, providing feedback, disciplining staff, developing staff, and terminating staff.
    • Maintains property records.
    • Interprets Governing Documents such as by-laws, rules, regulations, etc., to ensure that all operations conform to expectations.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Ability to handle administrative tasks.

    • Ability to develop excellent customer relationships while maintaining professionalism at all times.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Demonstrated ability to assemble a team, assigning tasks and providing timely, constructive performance feedback.
    • Ability to manage complex team work schedules.
    • Demonstrated high work ethic in terms of reporting to work on time, honesty and trustworthiness.
    • Ability to work as a member of a high performing team.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency sufficient to manage budgets.
    • Attention to detail.

Education & Experience

    • High school graduate with some college preferred
    • At least 2 years Property On-Site Management experience
    • CMCA Required
    • Experience collaborating with a volunteer Board in a condominium association preferred
