Job Description

  • Identify opportunities for additional property association maintenance work and build new relationship with customers.
  • Communicate vital maintenance information as it relates to property association managers and other customers.
  • Utilize technology provided including software, mobile devices, email and other resour
  • Serve as in-office assistance for the maintenance & construction field techn
  • Administer the collection and compilation of work order information, and associated billing functions.
  • Scheduling, dispatching, processing & tracking the completion of property association work o
  • Administer Fleet documents and records.
  • Schedule special construction & maintenance projects.
  • Answer and be conversant in construction/maintenance items related to customer service calls, reviewing work papers, scheduling work orders and general support of a field service team.
  • Proficient in helping create cost proposals for maintenance and construction p
  • Review monthly financials and complete required reports to better understand key performance factors within the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Previous scheduling coordinator experience.
  • Ability to multitask and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
