Responsibilities
Position Summary: The SVP of Infrastructure and Operations will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, operations, and service delivery. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of IT best practices, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in managing large-scale IT environments. The SVP will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our IT systems, while driving innovation to support our high-growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the IT infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT goals with organizational priorities and growth plans.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services, networks, and hardware.
- Ensure the infrastructure supports high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Operational Excellence:
- Lead the IT operations team to deliver reliable and efficient IT services.
- Implement best practices and ITIL processes to enhance service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data and IT assets.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide professional development opportunities to team members.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and operations budget.
- Optimize resource allocation to balance cost-efficiency with service excellence.
- Innovation and Transformation:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and enhance user experience.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a leadership role overseeing infrastructure and operations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT environments in a high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Proven track record of success completing acquisition due diligence and integrations at scale
- Ability to travel 20% of the time

Pay and Benefits:
$190,000 to $210,000, depending on education and experience.
