Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at mem property management in NJ. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of the properties under their management. This role involves ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling leasing agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
- Knowledge of maintenance operation and budget management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
