As part of the CCMC IT team, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver an outstanding Technology Experience to our teams.

But wait, there’s more!

You’ll be part of a team in which your input is valued and encouraged. We have a number of upcoming projects that our IT Support Technicians can be part of, enabling you to learn new and exciting technologies and expand your skillset.

We’re CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities. Our vision of inspiring a resident-centric focus is brought to life by our core values: Integrity, Respect, Service and Community.

The Senior IT Support Technician will provide end-user support via the IT Support Phone line, the online Help Desk ticketing system, and desk-side support.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Document, track, and monitor computer problems to ensure timely resolution
  • Answer the IT Help Desk support phone and resolve Help Desk tickets
  • Assist all employees with technical issues
  • Assist new employees setup - user creation, mailbox, and other custom logins
  • Collaborate with the IT team members to resolve technical issues

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Self-starter
  • Able to work independently in meeting the goals of the IT department
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Windows 10 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Understanding of a Windows Active Directory environment
  • Experience with multi-site Active Directory infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange 2016 and with VOIP phone setup and configuration
  • The ability to periodically work outside regular work hours for system maintenance windows and IT projects

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Wellness program
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Company-matching 401k contributions
  • Paid vacation, holiday, and volunteer time
  • Company-paid Short-term Disability
  • Optional Long-term Disability
  • Employee assistance program
  • Optional Pet Insurance
  • Professional education assistance
  • Perhaps most importantly, a service-oriented team who is dedicated to your success!

About our team:

Our team members are the strength behind CCMC. If you thrive working in a fast-paced environment, are driven to succeed, and enjoy building strong relationships this role could be just right for you.
