Position Overview

We are seeking a highly talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our corporate accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique skillset, combining strong foundational accounting experience and robust FP&A skills. You will play a pivotal role as an individual contributor, driving our team's success by automating essential key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights into the "why" behind the numbers. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our company's future growth trajectory, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Prepare financial reports, monthly variance analyses, and financial drivers.
• Develop and oversee the annual budgeting and forecast process.
• Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision-making.
• Support operations through the development of dashboards, KPI's and metrics
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather budget input and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Leverage software and automation to improve reporting.
  
  

We're looking for people who have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative to follow through.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of HOA industry practices is a plus!

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 depending upon experience
