Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Association Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing community associations, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and leading a team of community association managers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee a portfolio of community associations, ensuring they are operating in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and association governing documents.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of community association managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Facilitate the resolution of disputes and enforcement of association rules and regulations.
  • Attend board meetings and provide updates on association activities and operations for the portfolio communities.
  • Prepare annual budgets and oversee financial operations of assigned associations.
  • Monitor and analyze association performance, including occupancy rates, rental rates, and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

 

Requirements

 

Requirements:

 

  • Valid Community Association Manager License
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in community association management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of community association governing documents, laws, and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
