This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong tech skills, including experience with AI tools.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations and providing essential support to the Owner of the organization from a remote setting. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong tech skills, including experience with AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations virtually, including handling incoming calls, coordinating virtual meetings, and maintaining organized digital files and workflows.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance remotely to various departments on behalf of the Owner, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and document filing, to maintain high-quality standards across the organization.
- Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize your technology skills to streamline office processes, including proficiency with software and hardware systems. Experience with AI tools is highly desirable.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors through various digital platforms, ensuring smooth information flow and timely responses.
- 4 year degree or at least 5 years of related experience in senior administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech savvy with experience using AI tools is highly desirable.
