Job Description
FirstService Residential is North America’s foremost property management firm. Specializing in Property Management, Front Desk Security Guards, Cleaners and Superintendent within our Property Services Department.
We are hiring for experienced Security Supervisor position at our High End condominiums we manage.
We are hiring in the following locations and hours:
Hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Location: Lauderdale by the Sea
Security Guard Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Security Guard License & Emergency First Aid
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and report writing)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills; outgoing and friendly personality; committed to providing exceptional service excellence to customers and employees
- 1 year of Experience in the Security industry, Law Enforcement and/or Military field
- Secondary school education (or equivalent). Post-Secondary education is an asset
- Security and Police Foundations Diploma is an asset
- Ability to work rotating shifts including: afternoons, overnights and weekends
