Job Description

This position is for a candidate passionate about innovation and continuous learning. The Salesforce Administrator will work within the CRM team to drive customization of our Salesforce org and roll out new features to our users in a way that maximizes user adoption. Candidate must be detailed-oriented, have excellent communication skills and have a love for building automations that create a fun and effective experience for users. The candidate is also expected to serve our internal users in step with Castle Group’s Royal Service principle.

 

The Salesforce Administrator will be tasked by the Director of CRM Integrations and work collaboratively with other members of the CRM team. Primary tasks include standard org management tasks and building “no-code” automations from spec to meet user needs. Other tasks include user training, feature testing and managing metadata through our Salesforce DevOps Center pipelines. Candidate must have the ability to initiate small independent projects while at the same time functioning within a team to build customizations according to published requirements.

 

1- 3 years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is required for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Makes “no-code” changes to the Salesforce org with substantial use of Flow Builder and Lightning App Builder. Experience with Flow Builder tool is required for this role.
  • Performs general Salesforce Administrator functions including user provisioning, management of roles and profiles, updates to record types, page layouts, etc…
  • Sheperds metadata through our Salesforce DevOps Center pipeline from spec to production
  • Creates testing plans for new features based on published requirements
  • Performs extensive testing on new features during the QA and UAT development stages
  • Generates and manages communications to users regarding new features, bugs and other Salesforce-related announcements
  • Monitors bugs and performance in the Salesforce org and generates solutions for issues
  • Provides ad hoc and more formalized training to internal users on new features in org
  • Onboards and offboards Salesforce users
  • Attends weekly CRM team meetings
  • Attends requirements gathering sessions with the Salesforce team to gather requirements from department heads
  • Performs regular cleansing tasks to keep our Salesforce org in a tidy, maintainable and optimized state
  • Performs bulk record transfer tasks
  • Executes ad hoc apex scripts to normalize and/or standardize org data
  • Seeks out opportunities to improve the UX and is proactive about proposing project concepts to the team

 

Qualifications:

Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salesforce Administrator & App Builder Certifications (preferred)

 

Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Must have 1 - 3 year of hands-on Salesforce experience (Required).

• Must have solid experience with Flow Builder tool.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience testing custom featuers with a systematic method

• Experience gathering requirements from users and translating those requirements into deliverable features

• Proactive

 

Computer Literacy: Salesforce. Microsoft Office Suite of products. Experience with Apex is a plus. Experience with monday.com is plus.

 

Language requirements: Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Travel and availability requirements: Must be able to work on-site in Plantation, Florida a minimum of three days per week.

May be required to travel for training sessions off-site on an infrequent, ad-hoc basis.

Ability to work extended hours and weekends on an occasional, as needed basis.

 

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.; work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time,

may fluctuate. Reach with hands and arms, communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions; complete all required forms.
