As the Sales Programs Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, delivery, and management of thoughtful sales programs and events in order to exceed sales booking targets.

Your Impact

  • In partnership with Sales Programs Manager, rollout and manage thoughtful outbound Sales and BDR programs; including but not limited to:
    • Leverage Salesforce to identify target audiences for specific messaging and programs
    • Create enablement resources for the launch of Sales and BDR programs and events
    • Assist in delivering programs to GTM teams and collecting feedback where applicable
    • Build and maintain dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses to drive Sales and BDR program performance and measure outcomes of success; Provide updates and readouts to Sales Programs Manager and Sales Leadership
    • Generate impactful talk tracks and email templates targeting specific audiences with clear messaging to drive sales engagement
    • In partnership with Product Marketing, conduct ongoing audits and updates of Sales and BDR templates and cadences based on industry trends, content performance, product updates, etc.
  • Build and maintain sales and business partner relationships regarding messaging and effectiveness of programs. Apply feedback as needed and leverage it to iterate on future plays.
  • Develop proficiency in Highspot, Salesloft, Demandbase, Salesforce, Snowflake and other Sales technology tools to be able to make informed suggestions about how we can better optimize their usage for Sales programs and events
  • Partner with Programs Manager, Marketing, and Sales to drive successful outcomes from industry events

Must Haves

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of sales, sales enablement, business development, or marketing experience in a Saas environment preferred
  • Experience with SFDC reporting (or similar platform) and data analysis; ability to structure and make recommendations based on data insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in software or services industry is a plus
  • Experience within a scaling organization in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Enjoy presenting and communicating across all levels


Compensation & Benefits

The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $72,000 - $99,000

The actual base salary wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
