CINC is growing its sales team and looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives.

 

Your role as Sales Development Representative will be to engage and qualify industry professionals to create prospect pipeline for CINC Account Executives, while simultaneously preparing you for a career in sales at CINC.

Responsibilities Of This Hybrid Role

 

Learn the value of CINC's solutions and properly articulate the value CINC provides to customers

 

Uncover new business opportunities by prospecting, driving, and building relationships with prospects

 

Make at least 75 outreaches per day to prospects via cold calling, LinkedIn, and emails

 

Qualify prospects by asking the right questions about their business and understanding their needs

 

Work closely with Senior Account Executives on cadence and strategy around prospects

 

Attend daily and weekly meetings and provide feedback on challenges and opportunities as you engage with prospects

 

Proven work experience in a customer facing role

 

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling, email marketing, prospecting/sourcing

 

Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft suite is a plus

 

Good time management and analytical skills

 

Understanding of sales performance metrics

 

Great storyteller with excellent communication and written skills

 

A self-starter that seeks out opportunities for improvements

 

A college degree is NOT required.
