Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain a series of cadenced audits, keeping data clean and providing the ability for reporting to sustain a high level of accuracy regardless of user and/or automation error.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal user access requests.
  • Assist internal users with troubleshooting, training, and updating, and data management within HubSpot
  • Keep up to date on HubSpot platform updates and communicate new features along with leadership team to our internal users
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of system data through use of admin tools to ensure consistent data quality.
  • Assess training needs and develop supporting training materials and system documentation.
  • Assist with implementation and support of other business applications as needed.
  • Communicate frequently with sales team for internal improvements.
  • Manage the sales team tech stack including HubSpot, Loopio, Commission software, as well as always be on the lookout for new platforms for sales teams.
  • Support the preparation of monthly sales reports containing relevant information on territories, quotas, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytic tools and conduct data driven research to create and optimize all sales processes, automation, and operation flows.
  • Support in various campaigns and gathering contact info for upload into CRM.
  • Assist in trade show prep and post-show monitoring of leads to ensure they are added to the CRM and tasks are set for follow-up
  • Plus, other work related to administrative support for the sales process.
  • Partner with and support other elements of sales and marketing team for reporting, data cleansing, de-duplication, data uploads, large batch record edits, reporting, and more.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support Sales/Marketing initiatives, decisions, and program execution.
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

 

 

Qualifications & Traits:

 

Specific Traits:

 

  • Extremely organized. A meticulous attention to detail is required
  • HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platform experience
  • Proactive, self-starter, driven.
  • Task oriented and growth mindset
  • Understanding of entire sales process from initial marketing, lead conversation, demo, to close
  • Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative is a must.
  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
  • One to two years previous sales administrative experience preferred
  • Expertise with Microsoft office products, and specifically strong skills with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup) is a plus
  • Ability to communicate with a growing sales and marketing team with periodic high volume inbox

 

Pay and Benefits:

 

$50,000k to $55,000k, depending on education and experience.
